Water surface - User can see through surface (Near clipping)

Hi! I have a problem, for which I can't find any solution. In a 3D scene, when a player's camera is just a bit below/or above the level of a water surface, he can see through it: ![Water level clipping][1] Even with a minimum near clipping value, this is very noticeable.
