Problems embedding to an Enjin site

So after lots of trial and error using different ideas the closest I've been able to reach in getting this to work is being presented with an 'unsupported plugin' error when viewing the page. All of the Unity game project files are stored on the server and running the link directly from the address bar loads the game fine. Does anyone have any advice how to get the game loading successfully within an Enjin HTML module? Here is the code as it currently appears there.
